Third Day Of YES+ (17-2-2011)

WoW Awesome Mausam and Awesome Gambhir Sir..........
what a session .....surya namaskar(POWER),meditation
games, and super super STORIES

learnt to give 100% and jus not to keep it as an idea but how to implement in right direction......

OMG!! how can i forget the session of homework...cant even imagine not to do homework of Gambhir sir.. :P
But gotta big lesson to learn importance of commitement to do your work in life...
But yea after a heavy session we played a new ballon game......1st time gotta see this game in YES+....all were enjoying sooooo much .....

and yes most important SUDARSHAN KRIYA was Super AWESOME

Oops...all were dressed as faries and angels in White(white dress code).....all were lookin soo good :)

Second day of YES+ (16-2-2011)

On 2nd day the weather was totally awesome......it was hailing outside.......but then also all enthusiastic youth manage to come on time... :)
session begins with our favorite Suryanamaskar.........then with processes to empower and remove the dust from their hidden capabiliteis...............all were too amazed after the session of Time Management and idea of 100%

OMG!!! 2nd day....the 1st day of Sudarshan Kriya........the Grace flows through the mind and souls of each and every one .........
All seems to be so quite and in total peace like never before.............actually they got second date for thier birthday :)

First Day of YES+ (15-2-2011)

Time was 5 p.m in the evening....and it was drizzling outside.....yet many lucky ones manage to come through the rain to the course......course started by our Host Mrs. Anjana Gambhir......giving instructions of the course...n with some Art Of living Videos.......
Then With the Thunder from the Sky entered Our Dynamite Mr.Sunil Gambhir taking over the course...
with his presence the the whole crowd cheered up........
after that the YES+ commenced with its Dynamic and Gracious powers :)

Best Experience Of 1st day... meditation was AWESOME ..... :)
